Due to Nagato being something of a godmode and having many abilities that even muted need a bit of moderation, I have a permissions post!

He can read minds guys, if he wants to, and while this isn't something he's likely to do, it is something that people can opt out of if it comes up.

Anything of concern in his abilities list that you want your character to have nothing to do with, just tell me and it'll be taken into account so that he doesn't bring it around your character is also a-okay! Just let me know here if you want to be on any kind of 'no' list.

I'm alright with most of these things with both of my characters, but I need to request one thing regarding Barnaby here:

If it somehow comes up in context, please be careful with any mind reading, genjutsu, etc. Canonically, Barnaby has had some extreme problems regarding memories/thoughts/impulses/ his very mentality being altered. An IC problem is that it will most likely infuriate him, and an OOC problem is that we have no idea how far and deep this influences have extended.

tl;dr-- it's a huge problem for many reasons.

He is free to read Del's mind! But... She's a bit of a god mode too, being the anthropomorphic personification of insanity.

So. it might be a little wonky in there. Other characters who have done it have been... rather uncomfortable with the experience, to put it mildly.
